The phases of industrial relocations
1. Disassembly
An industrial move starts with the dismantling of all equipment and machinery, these must be carefully and with precision disassembled and loaded to ensure that no damage is done before or during transportation.
2. Transport
At Nedmove, we have experience transporting machinery and equipment of all different shapes and sizes. Both nationally and internationally. So you don't have to worry about your equipment. Transporting heavy and sensitive machinery requires expertise and for that you have come to the right place at Nedmove.
3. Storage
It is common for companies to have to move machinery and equipment before the new location is ready for this, in these cases storage needs to be arranged that meets the requirements of the machinery. Nedmove offers storage facilities suitable for a variety of sizes and types of equipment.
4. Assembly
After the move, the machines and equipment must be reinstalled carefully and precisely so that everything can be put back into use immediately. Nedmove ensures correct placement, alignment and connection according to technical specifications of your machines and equipment.
5. Maintenance after installation
It is important that machines and equipment are operational immediately after relocation and remain in top condition so that your production process can continue smoothly and trouble-free. To ensure this, we also provide industrial maintenance after relocation.
Budget discussion
In any industrial relocation, budget and time play an important role. Therefore, in consultation with the client, the project office will prepare the required work plan within the set criteria of budget and schedule.
During the budget discussion, mapping is done:
- What machinery or equipment is to be moved
- What the technical and logistical requirements are
- What tools, cranes, transport equipment and specialists are needed
- Any additional services such as temporary storage, installation and maintenance
- The desired completion date or schedule
Based on this inventory, an itemized proposal is made. In this we take into account:
- Optimal deployment of people and equipment
- Cost control and efficiency
- Possible risks and reservations
- Possible alternatives
We believe in open communication about budgets and schedules. Throughout the project, the project office stays in close contact with the client. Any changes, additional work or delays are always discussed in a timely manner, so there are never any surprises.
